As a UEFA Euro 2016 partner, Carlsberg's rights to Man of The Match and Goal of The Tournament would associate the brand with the best players and the best goals of the tournament. Carlsberg challenged us to innovate the fan experience and increase both engagement and reach across web and mobile.


We created a fan experience across the UEFA and Carlsberg websites on both web and mobile and in 7 languages. The target of 1 million users was smashed with the end result achieving 2.2 million unique users, 80 million social impressions and 170 countries engaged.
